This is our most popular service. It includes breath work, guided visualization, and the application of pressure along meridian pathways. Instead of needles, we utilize our fingers, palms, and essential oils to break up blockages held in the body. Each session offers a sort of “homecoming” for the physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies. We begin with your offering of an intention. After we find a customized oil protocol that matches your intention, you’ll lay on our heated massage table and be guided into your rest. Wake up feeling more grounded, peaceful, and connected.
Your appointment confirmation will include intake forms and further instructions to prepare for your session.

VIRTUAL REIKI SESSIONS
About
Founded by Dr. Usui, reiki is a healing technique using universal life force energy. The term comes from the Japanese words “rei,” meaning universal, and “ki,” meaning vital life force energy. Although its founder was Japanese, reiki is not tied to any specific religion or nationality. Other cultures and traditions recognize our work with energy as their work with chi, mana, or prana. **
This is a hands-off service held virtually via phone or zoom, where you lie down and relax with one of our meditative soundtracks. During each session, Uakea can offer guided visualization and an intuitive message from our spiritual guides if you so desire that. Wake up feeling rested, lighter, and more balanced.
