Founded by Dr. Usui, reiki is a healing technique using universal life force energy. The term comes from the Japanese words “rei,” meaning universal, and “ki,” meaning vital life force energy. Although its founder was Japanese, reiki is not tied to any specific religion or nationality. Other cultures and traditions recognize our work with energy as their work with chi, mana, or prana.

This is usually a hands-free service where you lie down and relax with meditative music. During each session, Uakea asks her spiritual and plant guides for messages to assist you on your current path.
